"She Walks In Beauty"

ORIGINAL: 59 x 40 inches, Oil on Canvas

Loren's inspiration: "The thought behind this painting was that Native Americans loved the beauty of nature around them, including wildflowers.  Wildflowers often inspired their moccasin designs."

This painting was painted near Red Lodge, Montana.  The model was Cathy Smith, who is also an artist, costume designer (Dances With Wolves, etc.) and historian.
